Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced GenAI engineer for a customer-facing role in the Netherlands. You will design and deploy cutting-edge GenAI solutions, implement retrieval-augmented generation, and lead production rollouts across customer projects, academia, and internal teams.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps and share insights at industry venues. You will leverage HuggingFace, LangChain and DSPy, deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP, and translate results for diverse

Qualifications

Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on GenAI engineering with production ML systems.

Responsibilities

Design and build novel GenAI solutions applying state-of-the-art techniques to real customer problems.
Lead end-to-end production rollouts of GenAI applications (customer-facing and internal).
Serve as trusted technical advisor on architecture and implementation choices.
Represent work at major industry conferences and contribute to thought leadership.
Partner with product and engineering to influence roadmap priorities from field insights.
