Databricks’ AI Forward Deployed Engineering (AI FDE) team invites a technically stellar professional to join us in delivering GenAI solutions to clients in the DC area. The role emphasizes customer-facing work, advising on GenAI deployments, and shaping strategic AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and SME teams, presenting at conferences and driving value through AI while occasionally traveling to client sites. This role can be remote.

Qualifications

• Experience building GenAI applications with RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL.
• Production-grade GenAI deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Hands-on data science with pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions and productionize them.
• Own production rollouts of GenAI applications for clients.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor across domains.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to influence roadmap.
