Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a GenAI-focused engineer to develop cutting-edge AI solutions and own production rollouts for customers. The role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering teams and visible thought leadership at conferences.

Strong experience with LangChain, DSPy, and production ML deployments is required. You will work with AWS/Azure/GCP environments and be part of a customer-facing AI team that partners across Databricks research and product groups.

Qualifications

Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning.
Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications with evaluation and optimization.
Extensive hands-on data science experience with common ML tools (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
Experience deploying ML in production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using Databricks AI research techniques.
Own production rollouts of GenAI applications for customers and internal use.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across domains.
Present at Data + AI Summit and other venues, shaping thought leadership.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and roadmaps.
