Lead GenAI tool adoption, architect multi-agent workflows, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments within enterprise environments. Collaboration with Wells Fargo LOB teams and cross-functional groups is essential for success.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in GenAI technologies and full-stack development. This role involves working closely with teams to deploy, integrate, and optimize AI-driven solutions to improve SDLC processes and overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor
• Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD and internal platforms)
• Partner with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lifecycle improvements
• Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives
• Drive adoption and establish best practices for GenAI usage
• Monitor and optimize tool performance, efficiency, and usage
• Implement prompt engineering and workflow integration best practices
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support

Required Technical Skills

• Strong full-stack experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, React/Angular/TypeScript, and Python
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architecture, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
• Experience with cloud platforms such as OCP (OpenShift) or GCP

GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have)

• Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude (Anthropic), and developer AI tools like Cursor or Copilot
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agent-based workflows
• Experience with multi-agent architectures
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations
• Knowledge of agentic services and autonomous AI workflows including orchestration, tool chaining, and decision-driven execution

Top 3 Required Skills

• Advanced Java 17 with Spring Boot microservices development
• Strong hands-on GenAI experience including MCP development
• Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments with high adoption demands
