Job summary

Databricks in Sweden is seeking a customer-facing AI engineer to blend hands-on GenAI development with strategic consulting. You will work with product, engineering, and developer relations to shape GenAI priorities across LLMOps and ML platforms, ideally based near Stockholm.

You will design and deploy novel GenAI solutions, lead production rollouts, and advise customers on architecture. This role involves regular travel to client sites and participation in conferences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience deploying production ML systems on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and build GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art techniques for real customer problems.
• Lead end-to-end production rollouts of GenAI applications.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across customer domains.
• Represent work at industry conferences and contribute thought leadership.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps with field insights.
