Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI development including retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent workflows, Text2SQL, or fine-tuned models.
• Familiarity with HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Production deployment of GenAI with evaluation pipelines and optimization.
• Strong data science background using pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience deploying production-grade ML systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and build novel GenAI solutions with state-of-the-art techniques.
