Job summary

Databricks is seeking a seasoned AI Engineer for the Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will craft GenAI applications and oversee their production deployments, acting as a technical advisor to customers across industries.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, travel as needed, and contribute to thought leadership at conferences while exploring GenAI and LLMOps trends.

Qualifications

• Experience building GenAI applications including RAG and multi-agent systems.
• Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications with evaluation and optimization.
• Hands-on data science experience with common ML tools (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience deploying ML on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities
