Google is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join the YouTube Business GTM AI Accelerator. This role blends engineering and strategic product work to transform GTM workflows with AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, math, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
• Experience with front-end languages (JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Experience with back-end languages (Java, Python, Go or C++) and building AI solutions around pre-trained models.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, distributed systems, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build GenAI proof-of-concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) to translate business problems into software.
• Lead delivery of complex production-grade AI solutions from prototypes to maximize ROI.
• Partner with Product Managers to co-create tool roadmaps for YouTube's GTM operations.
• Write technical designs, code, build frontends, define metrics, and deploy with eval pipelines.
• Ensure agentic systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements across data readiness and integration challenges.
