Mercor seeks a senior accounting and audit domain expert to work with a leading AI lab's research and program management teams, improving how frontier models handle accounting tasks. Your accounting expertise will define correct work, write instruction specs, and build benchmarks.

This is a full-time W-2 role with Cincinnatus LLC, hybrid in the Bay Area, California. You must live in the Bay Area and work on-site several days each week; relocation at your own cost is expected if you are abroad.

Qualificações

• Active professional credential (CPA/CA/CIA/CFE/CMA) with accounting degree.
• 4+ years of substantive accounting or audit experience at a recognized institution.
• Domain depth in at least one specific area (external audit, US GAAP/IFRS, SOX, tax, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Data QA and reviews of accounting knowledge work tasks and model outputs.
• Write instruction specs and golden solutions for accounting problems.
• Design benchmarks and domain-specific evaluation sets with the research team.
• Calibrate standards with client researchers to ensure consistent criteria.
