Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking an AI Product Manager to drive roadmaps for AI products and govern end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced, regulated industry. You will translate business needs into product requirements, collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, risk, and governance teams, and define measurable success metrics.

You will own PRDs, backlogs, sprints, and releases, balance innovation with scale, lead adoption and change management, and ensure responsible AI through governance

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive product management in enterprise software, data products, or platforms.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics products.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.
• Exposure to cloud AI ecosystems (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).

Responsibilities

• Own PRDs, backlog, sprints, and releases for AI products and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, UX, Governance, and Risk teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead adoption, go-to-market, training, and change management for AI products.
