Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an Enterprise GenAI Product Manager to coordinate product strategy, discovery, requirements, product design, and roadmap planning for KeyBank's centrally supported GenAI platforms, tools, and shared capabilities.

The role partners with lines of business, governance, and technology teams to identify needs and translate demand into product concepts, user experiences, requirements, and priorities, including the AI Marketplace.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in product management or related discipline.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience with enterprise tech products, platforms, or marketplaces.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, and governance teams.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies for enterprise value.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery with business lines and governance to identify demand.
• Translate needs into product concepts, roadmaps, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead design and evolution of the AI Marketplace and related capabilities.
• Coordinate with platform and governance teams to deliver capabilities.
• Develop business cases, roadmap updates, and executive materials.
