Qualifications

• Proven track record in producing high-quality project artifacts.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and lead product working groups.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery and product management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute significantly to engineering and research in Generative AI.
• Drive the adoption of Generative AI solutions enterprise-wide.
• Engage with teams to streamline processes and remove bureaucracy.

Skills

Fluency in Python and Java

Deep hands-on experience in engineering enterprise solutions

Strong knowledge of Language Models (LLMs)

Experience with frameworks like Spring and LangGraph

UI development skills with React

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Master’s degree preferred
