Job summary

Adobe is actively seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead how we strategize, enable, build, and scale AI across the organization. You will design AI-powered systems, prototypes, reference implementations, and guide scalable delivery beyond demos.

You will research trends, mentor teams, promote responsible AI, and partner with security, legal, and product partners to ensure value, security, and governance while shaping Adobe's AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI models and architecture design principles.
• Understanding of cloud-native patterns and business process optimization.
• Ability to develop architecture diagrams and value stream mapping.
• Strong data analytics and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Advisory & Consulting: consult on AI initiatives from idea to adoption and connect teams so solutions are shared.
• Enablement, Coaching & Adoption: coach developers and PMs to work with AI, lead Ambassador programs and communities of practice.
• Solution Design & Engineering Collaboration: design and deliver AI-enabled solutions across Adobe, architect full AI systems, and support prototypes and reference implementations.
• Governance & Responsible AI: ensure privacy, controls, auditability, and human review in partnership with security and legal.
• Research & Strategy: study AI models and trends and translate findings into practical recommendations; align with internal AI strategy.
