Job summary

Synechron is hiring a Generative AI (GenAI) / Agentic AI Developer in Charlotte, NC. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, autonomous agents, and RAG to automate complex workflows and improve customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on experience with modern frameworks, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and a focus on enterprise-grade AI solutions. Base salary ranges reflect geography and experience with extensive benefits and global opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of hands-on Generative AI solution development.
Strong knowledge of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and AI app development.
Experience deploying AI in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build autonomous and multi-agent systems with planning and execution capabilities.
Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, Mistral) into business apps.
Create AI copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent chatbots for workflows.
