Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks a Lead AI Architect to define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, architecture, and implementation roadmap across AI/ML and Gen AI initiatives.

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable AI solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and enterprise architects to transform business operations and accelerate digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience using LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen.
• Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation architectures.
• Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, FAISS).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, deployment frameworks.
• Python programming and modern software practices.
• AI governance, security, privacy, compliance.
• Distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud-native.
• Leadership in architecture reviews and modernization.
• Experience translating business needs into AI roadmaps.
• Agile/Scrum and cross-functional leadership.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead design and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Oversee LLM usage and AI governance frameworks.
• Drive MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.
