Job summary

EPAM Systems is actively seeking software professionals with extensive GenAI and AI SDLC experience to join our Center of Excellence. You will push the boundaries of Generative AI technologies, influence both external client projects and in-house products, and drive measurable value from innovation.

In this role, you will contribute hands-on coding and implementation across GenAI domains, while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering software at senior to architect level.
• Strong Python proficiency with GenAI frameworks and production experience.
• Experience in GenAI production environments: prompt engineering, integration, fine-tuning, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced GenAI solutions for complex challenges.
• Develop, refine and optimize AI systems within in-house products to improve SDLC.
• Engage in client-specific projects to integrate AI solutions addressing business challenges.
• Resolve unpredictable technical and infrastructural challenges.
• Adopt new technologies to maintain cutting-edge development practices.
