Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Change Management professional to help clients reinvent how work evolves in an AI-enabled, data-informed environment. You will lead large-scale change initiatives, shape GenAI adoption, and ensure responsible governance while partnering with client teams to drive transformation.

The role emphasizes human judgment, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, technology, and business units. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Organization Change Management experience.
• 1+ years experience as a consulting practitioner.
• 1+ years experience in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts in data, automation and GenAI contexts.
• Design enterprise change programs to help clients adapt workflows, roles, and skills.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage, readiness, and governance.
• Use data and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and guide decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working.
• Apply human-centered design to create scalable change journeys and manager enablement content.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support client engagements.
