Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a technically skilled QA automation professional to integrate Generative AI into the software testing lifecycle. You will develop GenAI-assisted UI/API test automation, build automation frameworks, and guide adoption strategies aligned with client goals.

You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers and stakeholders, mentoring teams in GenAI best practices and governance. This role emphasizes responsible AI and enterprise-scale quality programs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG.

Responsibilities

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the Enterprise Quality Engineering and AI Solutions department, reporting directly to the Director of Quality Assurance. The incumbent will solve complex test automation and efficiency challenges for the client by integrating Generative AI solutions across the software testing lifecycle (STLC).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and test solutions to create test automation code for UI/API through automation tools and GenAI-assisted coding, alongside test data mining using Generative AI.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automation frameworks, solutions, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks across cross-functional initiatives.
• Define the automation and GenAI adoption roadmap in alignment with client goals while evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and advising on vendor selections.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders while mentoring teams in GenAI best practices and safety measures.
• Advocate for responsible AI practices and model governance frameworks while driving enterprise-scale quality engineering programs.
