Responsibilities include building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborating with analysts and domain experts, and delivering secure, interoperable data solutions that scale in a cloud

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML in cloud environments.
• Hands-on Databricks experience with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark, and GenAI capabilities for data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BI&T partners and cross-study leads to support the Data Platform.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for cross-study operations and specimen management.
• Develop data models and ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and cloud tools.
• Optimize performance, cost, and scalability of data platform components.
• Build GenAI-powered data discovery and analytics features across study domains.
