Qualifications

• 6–9 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and cloud services; hands-on GenAI systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with clients at top biopharma and life sciences organizations to surface unmet needs.
• Prototype GenAI-powered applications, Copilots, and RAG pipelines to deliver within weeks.
• Own end-to-end delivery from initial session to production-ready code and handoff.
• Mentor and develop junior AI engineers and promote best practices across teams.
