Job summary
Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Manager / Product Owner focused on GenAI, data integration, APIs, and digital experiences in Charlotte, NC.
You will drive strategy, execution, and delivery of complex digital products with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and QA. You will own the backlog, write actionable user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure solutions meet business, technical, data, performance, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Digital Product Management or related field.
- Experience translating complex features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong SDLC and Agile/Scrum background with backlog and UAT experience.
- Proficiency with APIs, data integration, GenAI, and data validation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog with Product Manager.
- Translate features into functional and nonfunctional stories for Eng/Data Science.
- Define components: UI, backend services, APIs, data, GenAI capabilities.
- Write clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done for stories.
- Collaborate across Product, Eng, Data Science, UX/UI, and QA teams.
- Lead or support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
