Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Agile Data Product Owner to support CAO Data Analytics & Insights. You will translate strategy into a prioritized product backlog and partner with managers, analysts, and governance teams to deliver governed data products.

The role requires 5+ years in product ownership and data management, with strong stakeholder collaboration and Jira/Confluence skills. Hybrid onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product ownership, agile delivery, and data product management.
• Experience translating business needs into features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage backlogs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate priorities, risks, and dependencies in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the backlog for the assigned data product area.
• Translate strategy into clearly defined features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align backlog with roadmaps and outcomes.
• Ensure backlog covers delivery, discovery, governance, data quality, and compliance.
• Define product-area goals, priorities, and value measures.
• Refine backlog items into sized, testable units for delivery.
• Review and accept work based on Definition of Done and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to manage dependencies.
• Translate business needs into data sourcing, conformance, modeling, and analytics requirements.
