Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Specialist Customer Engineer for the federal public sector. You will partner with technical Sales to differentiate Google Cloud for government customers, helping them understand and adopt AI-enabled cloud solutions.

You will work with product teams to prototype architectures, run proofs-of-concepts, and address technical questions from customers. You will position Google's foundational AI/ML capabilities in air-gapped environments and collaborate across teams to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled solutions.
Experience with National Security customers.
Experience in programming languages, debugging, systems design, prototyping, demos, or customer workshops.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify business opportunities; resolve technical blockers.
Provide enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise; support bid responses and proofs-of-concepts.
Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud integrations.
Guide assessments of legacy environments; build a modernization roadmap.
