Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 2+ years of software development.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect setup and configuration.
• Experience integrating Lex V2 bots with Amazon Connect flows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and routing profiles.
• Write AWS Lambda functions for orchestration and logging.
• Implement AI guardrails and compliance measures.
