Qualifications
- 18+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience.
- 10+ years of program and project management experience.
- Proven experience driving test automation transformation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, Copilot).
- Experience managing executive and C-level stakeholder communications, strategic planning, budgets, risks, and delivery execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead automation-first quality engineering strategies across large-scale programs.
- Design and implement scalable automation architectures for UI, API, Mobile, and Database testing.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI-powered testing solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align quality strategies with enterprise transformation.
- Lead program planning, execution, governance, and delivery oversight.
