Pencil is building the AI Operating System for marketing, enabling rapid, on-brand campaigns across markets and languages while preserving brand control. We seek an Art Director who will operate at the intersection of creativity and GenAI, translating briefs into scalable, high-quality outputs.

You will work hands-on with GenAI tools, guide creative teams, and present directly to clients, ensuring brand consistency and craft at scale. Fully remote, with global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Art Director or similar in advertising or digital production.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI creative tools across image, video and design generation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design tools.
• Comfortable presenting creative work directly to clients.
• Strong eye for visual identity, brand consistency, and craft.
• Portfolio showcasing required.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver creative assets across formats using GenAI tools.
• Translate briefs into output that aligns with project objectives and visual identity.
• Support flagship projects and contribute to production quality.
• Juggle multiple requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Brief and review daily output, and perform quality checks for client decks.
• Present work confidently to clients on AI-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with Producers, the Creative Director, and Product teams to stay aligned and feasible.
• Provide feedback on platform tools, workflows, and UX to support product improvement.
