Job summary

Pencil is hiring for a technical lead who blends advertising craft with GenAI speed. You will design agentic and nodal creative workflows, connecting insight, concept, copy, imagery and video into scalable systems for fast, high-quality campaigns.

You will work under art directors and creative directors, applying deep GenAI fluency to briefs, focusing on systems and governance rather than pure creative direction.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in advertising creative development.
Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini.
Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients and teams to understand workflows and requirements.
Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and systems.
Lead training and create playbooks for internal and client use.
Evaluate emerging AI models and provide technical feedback to product and engineering.
