Pencil is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead GenAI-driven creative production for global brands. You will design assets across advertising, digital and print, translating briefs into polished work that aligns with brand identity and project objectives.

Reporting to the Head of AI Creative & Enablement, you’ll review daily output, maintain quality, and present compelling work to clients. This role is fully remote, with collaboration across Producers, the Creative Director, and Product

Qualificações

• Experience as an Art Director or similar in advertising or digital production.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI creative tools across image, video and design generation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design tools.
• Comfortable presenting creative work directly to clients.
• A strong eye for visual identity, brand consistency, and craft.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver creative assets across formats — advertising, digital and print — using GenAI tools.
• Translate briefs into output that aligns with project objectives and brand identity.
• Support flagship projects and contribute to the product capabilities of Pencil.
• Juggle multiple creative requests while maintaining quality and consistency.
