Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania seeks Digital Fellows to join our in-house influencers cohort and collaborate with the Campus Organizing Team. You will film and edit short-form videos to mobilize Pennsylvania Gen‑Z voters and build a regional social media presence.

You'll create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and campus accounts, while staying current on trends and maintaining brand voice. This is a paid hybrid fellowship starting late Jan 2026.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera and able to speak to a young audience.
• Understand tone and pace for short-form video.
• Create content that sounds natural and unscripted.
• Synthesize current events for Gen‑Z audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Stay current with pop culture and trends relevant to Gen‑Z.
• Concisely convey information in under a minute.
• Demonstrate passion for civic engagement and youth mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Build our social media following and engagement with professionals.
• Film and edit short videos (up to 3 minutes) to mobilize students.
• Film and edit content for YouTube (up to 5 minutes).
• Create static content and designs to educate student voters.
• Develop regional social media strategies and amplify key content.
