Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking Digital Fellows to join our in-house influencers cohort and work with our Campus Organizing Team to mobilize Gen‑Z voters across Pennsylvania for the 2026 elections. Fellows will build our social presence, craft short-form videos, and design regional strategies to engage students.

The role is paid and hybrid, requiring 15–20 hours per week, reporting to the Digital Organizer. Candidates should be PA‑based and comfortable speaking to large student audiences.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable being on camera and speaking to a young audience.
• Create authentic, short-form video content without a script.
• Must be enrolled at a PA college or university or be a PA resident.

Responsibilities

• Build our social media following and engage with students using strategic content.
• Film and edit short- and mid-length videos to mobilize PA youth voters.
• Develop regional social media plans and amplify key content for PA's 2026 elections.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms and stay current with trends.
• Produce a minimum of 8 pieces of content per week.
