Job summary

Project 26 Pennsylvania seeks Digital Fellows to create authentic, engaging content that resonates with Gen‑Z voters. You will work with our Campus Organizing Team to develop social media assets, film and edit videos, and craft messaging that mobilizes students for Pennsylvania's 2026 elections.

This paid hybrid fellowship runs late January 2026 through November 13, 2026, at 15-20 hours per week. Fellows must be Pennsylvania residents or enrolled in a PA college, reporting to the Digital

Qualifications

• Be comfortable being on camera and engaging a student audience.
• Understand the correct tone and pace for short-form video content.
• Create content that sounds natural and organic, not scripted.
• Synthesize noteworthy content from current events for young voters.
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Stay current with pop culture and politics trends relevant to Gen‑Z.
• Condense information into under a minute while remaining engaging.
• Demonstrate passion for using political engagement to empower youth.
• Think creatively and be able to ideate innovative content.
• Be eager to talk to many students in person and online.
• Be well-organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Build our social media following and engagement with strategists.
• Film and edit short-form videos (up to 3 minutes) to mobilize students.
• Film and edit content to educate Gen‑Z on YouTube.
• Create static content and designs to engage student voters.
• Build regional social media strategies and amplify key content.
