Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant work experience.
• Ph.D. preferred and supervisory experience desired.
• Strong knowledge of effective pedagogical practices and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and promote emerging educational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gen Ed program planning and strategic leadership with the Director.
• Manage a team of two Grade-55 Course Coordinators handling day‑to‑day course support.
• Provide pedagogical guidance and training to Gen Ed faculty and staff.
• Support curricular initiatives, including GenAI adoption and educational tech enhancements.
• Coordinate with General Counsel, HR, and other offices on sensitive issues and data reporting.
