You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, leverage a broad stack (AWS, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, PyTorch), and innovate state-of-the-art LLM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE or related field with 6+ years of AI/ML experience, or Master's with 4+ years.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms and integrating ML components.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including model training and inference.
• Leverage Open Source and SaaS AI technologies and optimize LLM performance.
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for AI systems at Capital One.
