• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical sales or solutions role in cloud/AI.
• Deep understanding of modern AI stacks and tools.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in founder-led environments.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with AI-native startups' founders, CTOs, engineers, and product leaders across the U.S.
• Understand architectures and business models of AI-native companies (LLM fine-tuning, RAG, AI agents, CV, generative apps).
• Position Alibaba Cloud’s AI stack as the optimal infrastructure for cost, performance, and innovation.
• Drive adoption from proof-of-concept to scaled production, focusing on AI-specific consumption.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design tailored AI solutions for startups.
• Navigate technical evaluations comparing Alibaba Cloud with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Represent Alibaba Cloud at AI conferences, incubators, and VC partner meetings.
• Act as the voice of the customer to improve developer experience and tooling.
