Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer with GenAI experience for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on building scalable full-stack applications and microservices with REST APIs in Java Spring Boot and front-end in React or Angular in a hybrid onsite/offsite setup.

The ideal candidate will work with SQL/NoSQL databases, Azure and OpenShift, and implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaC tooling (Terraform, Ansible).

Qualifications

• Experience in Java full-stack development and microservices architecture.
• Expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure and OpenShift (OCP).
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging/streaming.
• Familiarity with Git and IaC tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools.

Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite per Week)

As a Java Full Stack Developer with GenAI Experience, you will: Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
• Build, enhance, and support RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support enterprise applications.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure and OpenShift (OCP).
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) tools and technologies to enhance application functionality and development productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in Java development, including Full Stack and Microservices architecture.
• Expertise with:

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $65- $70 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
