Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Content Strategist to drive Gen AI-enabled content transformation. You will segment and refactor large knowledge base content for optimal use by Gen AI tools, balancing editorial judgment with technical execution.

You will lead content segmentation decisions, ensure high-quality Gen AI-optimized output, and collaborate across teams to improve content strategy in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 2-3+ years Digital Marketing or Content Marketing experience at a large enterprise or agency.
• Strong reading comprehension and editing skills; ability to chunk large articles for Gen AI.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Office 365; comfortable with large spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Execute content transformation and continuous improvements on large content libraries.
• Innovate and optimize content processes; decide where and how content will be segmented and refactored for Gen AI tools.
• Act as part editor and part content strategist with strong reading comprehension skills.
• Decide where and how large multi-page articles need to be segmented for LLM efficiency and context delivery.
• Create, manage and optimize high-quality Gen AI-optimized content for large knowledge bases.
