Responsibilities

• Leads in delivering outstanding creative and results with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Oversees and guides all content strategy and production for clients.
• Mentors junior and mid-level content specialists and editors with feedback and leadership.
• Holds regular 1:1s and performance reviews to develop the team and resolve conflicts.
• Ensures alignment with Terakeet values and fosters positive culture.
• Delegates work while keeping the bigger picture of all team activities in view.
• Keeps abreast of macro shifts impacting client businesses and marketing.
• Presents to clients and contributes to upsells.
• Maintains brand voice consistency across channels and campaigns.
• Stays current on best practices in content marketing and trends in the client’s category.
• Develops client presentations and delivers them when needed.
• Oversee GenAI prompt targeting and audit AI search answers for SERP insights.
• Apply best practices across Reddit, PAA, Press Releases, and Social profiles.
• Maintain rigorous QA across Reputation Management and Growth campaigns.
• Create strategic deliverables like Ally Opportunity Assessments and Crisis Tactics.
