Job summary
EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an ML and AI Projects Delivery leader specializing in Google Cloud's Generative AI ecosystem, with a focus on Gemini Enterprise. You will drive advanced AI engagements, combining LLM expertise with delivery management.
Responsibilities include leading ADK deployments, guiding enterprise AI platform builds, and shaping pre-sales and RFP responses to win new GenAI programs for enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in PM/Delivery/Architect roles
- Experience as a Technical Consultant with pre-sales and delivery
- Active Gemini Enterprise Deployment Certification required
- Hands-on ADK deployment experience to production-grade enterprise apps
- Recognized SME in ML, AI and Generative AI with project track record
- Deep GCP expertise to support LLMs
- Client-facing consultative background with C-level engagement
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale AI discussions on privacy and security
- Experience managing full engagement lifecycles from design to delivery
Responsibilities
- Build architecture visions and roadmaps for Gemini Enterprise and the GCP AI ecosystem
- Lead pre-sales engagements and end-to-end project delivery
- Oversee ADK deployments for scalable, production-ready environments
- Partner with client executives on enterprise AI platform builds
- Drive pre-sales activities and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for GenAI
- Establish governance, metrics, and success criteria for GenAI programs
- Identify business development opportunities and RFPs for ML/AI
- Design technical workshops to define enterprise cloud architecture requirements
- Collaborate with architecture team on cost-effective GenAI solutions
