EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an ML and AI Projects Delivery leader focusing on Google Cloud's Generative AI ecosystem, especially Gemini Enterprise.

You will drive advanced AI engagements, blending LLM expertise with delivery leadership, while guiding pre-sales, RFPs, and architecture oversight for enterprise Gemini deployments. The role requires deep GCP know-how, proven experience as a Technical Consultant, and hands-on ADK deployments to scale production-grade GenAI solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in project/program management or architecture.
• Proven technical consultant with pre-sales and delivery track record.
• Active Gemini Enterprise Deployment Certification required.
• Hands-on ADK deployment experience for production-grade GenAI.
• SME in ML, AI, and Generative AI with GCP expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build architecture visions and roadmaps around Gemini Enterprise and GCP AI.
• Lead pre-sales engagements and end-to-end project delivery.
• Oversee ADK deployments ensuring scalable, secure environments.
• Partner with executives on enterprise AI platform builds and transformations.
• Drive pre-sales activities, demos, proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses.
• Lead governance, metrics, and delivery programs for GenAI.
• Manage business development and client interactions to win new ML/AI work.
• Facilitate workshops to define cloud architecture requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture teams for end-to-end GenAI solutions.
