Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and procedures and ensure PPE is used consistently.
• Drive schedule attainment by monitoring output vs. plan and adjusting staffing as needed.
• Monitor KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity; report production data.
• Identify performance gaps and lead structured problem-solving and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with scheduling and maintenance to align priorities and resolve issues.
