Job summary

Tifa Chocolate & Gelato is hiring a Gelato Scooper in Agoura Hills/Westlake Village area to join our Front of House team on a part-time basis. You will greet guests, take orders for gelato and pastries, and help baristas with coffee orders while ensuring accurate POS transactions.

We offer a friendly, team-focused environment with tips that boost earnings. Base pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, 0-25 hours weekly, with discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Some prior food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to arrive at work on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to accurately describe menu items including ingredients, allergens, pricing.
• Ability to problem solve and find solutions to challenging questions or requests.
• Ability to stand for the duration of scheduled work time.
• Ability to move and walk for the duration of scheduled work time, with full use of hands and wrists.
• Ability to lift, carry and move a minimum of 25 lbs during shifts.

Other job details:

• This is a part-time position, 0-25 hours per week.
• Base pay = $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, based on experience.
• Cash and credit card tips are shared with team members and average $5.00 to $6.00 per hour.
• Team members are scheduled at our Westlake Village location at 30760 Russell Ranch Road Suite A, Westlake Village, CA 91362 or our Agoura Hills location at 28888 Roadside Drive, Agoura Hills CA 91301.
