Job summary

HCB Yachts is seeking a mold finishing technician to prepare molds, apply gelcoat, and spray with spray guns. You will monitor catalysts, thickness with a mill gauge, and inspect materials for cleanliness. The role requires reading instructions, basic math, and steady attention to detail.

Experience with gelcoat is preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is required; PPE including respirator and gloves are used. This is an on-site position in Tennessee with no travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work order, logs serial numbers, color, mold number and spray time.
• Sprays gelcoat on molds and checks thickness with mill gauge.
• Keeps equipment and work area clean; ensures proper operating condition.
