Job summary

Safety gear: respirator, gloves, apron, and PPE must be worn at all times.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year of gelcoat experience.
• Able to read and follow instructions; basic math skills.
• Must wear PPE including respirator, gloves and apron.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and surfaces, ensure cleanliness and correct color/serial data.
• Spray gelcoat, monitor catalyst flow and thickness with a mill gauge.
• Maintain equipment, clean work area, and operate spray booth safely.
