Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role places you at the frontline of technology support in our Rockford store, helping customers understand issues, set up devices, and decide between repair or replacement. You’ll train and collaborate with other agents to handle more complex repairs.

You’ll need at least 3 months of retail or customer service experience and a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and employee discounts are available.

As a Geek Squad Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We'll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers' needs, perform basic services and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. If family and friends go to you with their tech questions, this might be the perfect role for you.

What you'll do
