Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; adult education experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in adult education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation, data accuracy, and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in student registration and intake with program staff.
• Provide multi-level GED instruction aligned with state standards.
• Administer pre-tests and post-tests and set learner goals during intake.
• Maintain student portfolios and organized folders with assessments and records.
• Communicate attendance, testing results, and job outcomes with the team.
