Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team responsible for assembling and testing enclosed drive gearboxes. The role involves reading blueprints, measuring with calipers, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The position requires at least 1 year of mechanical assembly or industrial manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Day shift with potential overtime and weekend work is available.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Reading assembly blueprints in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shop safety practices.

Mansioni

• Assemble and test enclosed drive gearboxes.
• Perform gearbox and subassembly assembly operations.
• Read assembly blueprints and use calipers and other precision measuring instruments.
• Record measurements and production data accurately.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain organized work areas, equipment, and tools.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and testing areas.
• Assist with process improvements and team problem-solving.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
