Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Industrial Gearbox Mechanic in Spartanburg, SC to join a manufacturing team on a Mon-Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift. This role focuses on precision gearbox assembly in an industrial setting and offers competitive pay, healthcare coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

You will read micrometers and other precision measuring tools, set bearings and alignment, and work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on gearbox assembly experience.
• Strong knowledge of gearbox components and assembly.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
