Job summary

The Minnesota Office of Higher Education seeks a Get Ready/GEAR UP Postsecondary Pathways Coordinator to support high school and early college students in assigned schools. You will coordinate services, build partnerships, and ensure federal requirements are met to help students plan for postsecondary success.

Reporting four days a week to your assigned school with one day in the office, you will assist with program management, data collection, and ongoing staff training to ensure effective

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience directly working with high school or college students or a youth development organization.
• Demonstrated commitment to equitable and inclusive service delivery.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of reporting large data sets to reflect program impact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide services to cohort students in assigned GEAR UP classes.
• Develop partnerships and collaborate with school staff and stakeholders.
• Provide support to school-based staff delivering Get Ready GEAR UP services.
• Provide ongoing training to ensure effective program implementation at middle/high schools.
• Assist with program management and evaluation, site work plans and budgets.
• Collect data and match to federal requirements for compliance.
