Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering grant-funded youth initiatives serving low-income, first-generation students.
• Experience supervising personnel, managing grants, and guiding curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Direct Student Advising & College/Career Readiness — provide advising and assist with FAFSA and postsecondary pathways.
• On-site program logistics — plan and execute site activities, visits, and family engagement events.
• Site leadership & collaboration — supervise temporary staff and coordinate with school staff and partners.
• Data management & compliance — maintain files and support reports for federal programs.
