FAULK MIDDLE SCHOOL is seeking a Coordinator for GEAR UP in Brownsville, TX. This seven‑year grant‑contingent role focuses on increasing postsecondary enrollment by guiding and supporting school services for student success.

Immediate start is required, with eligibility based on grant funding. The role requires a Bachelor's in Education (or related field) and several years of experience with schools or higher education, plus demonstrated work with community organizations and enrichment programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
• Three (3) or more years' experience working with schools, target population, and/or higher education institutions.
• Experience with community organizations.
• Experience with academic and enrichment programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cohort group to increase postsecondary enrollment through leadership, training, and technical assistance.
• Support systemic reform of school services to improve student academic success.
